My Philosophy

I’ve been a lifelong student of the body, Spirit, and the profound intelligence that emerges when the two are aligned. From a young age, I became aware of the subtle energetic language that moves through all living things and how it expresses through the human body. That early awareness set me on a path of studying movement, somatics, spirituality, and healing traditions around the world so I could refine, clarify, and share the wisdom I discovered through my own lived experience.

Alongside my somatic and energetic training, I’ve spent years immersed in the study of spirituality and the world’s ancient religions. I’ve been initiated into five lineage-based traditions and trained as a monk, exploring the practices, healing technologies, and philosophies that have shaped human understanding for thousands of years. I’ve been blessed to learn directly from masters and teachers whose presence deeply influenced how I see life, healing, and the human journey.

What I’ve come to understand is simple: being fully human is the spiritual act of creation. True spirituality isn’t about escaping the world it’s about being fully here, grounded in the body, present with what’s real. To be connected to something greater than ourselves, we must first inhabit ourselves. This is the philosophy I hold closest to my heart.

For the past twelve years, I’ve trained closely with Jhon Wyrick, the acupuncturist and chiropractor who created Nirodha Karma Healing, a system I continue to study and integrate into my work today. I’m a certified Yoga Instructor and Ayurvedic Practitioner through the Kripalu Institute, and I’ve trained under a renowned Alexander Technique movement specialist. I completed my massage education at the Sedona School of Massage and continued my studies at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, as well as Myoskeletal Therapy with Eric Dalton.

My background also includes mentorships in multiple energetic modalities with Ellen Kratka, Reiki Level I & II certifications in several traditions, and advanced training in Nirodha Karma Healing. I also have an extensive history in martial arts, Eastern medicine, dance, and somatic movement practices.

Every part of my journey, the spiritual, the physical, the emotional, the energetic, informs how I work. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that the body is the most reliable doorway into transformation. When we listen to its signals, follow its intelligence, and allow it to guide us, true alignment becomes possible, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
