Jacob Massey offers Bio-Energetic Alignment - a hands-on, body-based experience working with both the physical body and the energetic system.
These sessions are guided by presence, intuition, and the natural intelligence of the body.
Rather than following a fixed structure, the work moves through creative flow responding moment by moment to what your system is ready to release, integrate, and open to.
Each session unfolds uniquely, blending hands-on bodywork, energetic awareness, and a deeper listening to what is ready to move through you.

These sessions are held in a private setting and are intentionally kept limited to allow for depth, presence, and quality of work.

Sessions are scheduled in 90-minute windows to allow space for the work to unfold naturally. Each session follows its own rhythm. When the body has completed what it needs to, the the session naturally comes to a close, even if that occurs before the full 90-minute window.
